Ya know how some people shouldn't be doing the job they are because it shows so much in their attitude and how the work gets done? Well I'm here to tell you that Shawnna is in the perfect job for her and will work harder to make sure that you get what you are looking for in a home. When I met Shawnna it wasn't at a good time for me. I was going through a divorce and I needed to get a CMA on my property. I was a mess to say the least. But she spoke to me with such care and confidence it made feel like she had my back from the very start. l told her when I was through the divorce and ready to start looking for another home I would call. Fast forward to many months later. I contacted Shawnna and she went to work right away looking for the perfect home for me. She listened to what I wanted in a home and really took to heart what was important to me. In the market today with Covid-19 and houses being purchased for way above asking price and bidding wars, I felt like I was never going to find the "perfect" home. But Shawnna never gave in to my way of thinking. Even after I'd placed several offers on various homes and got out bid, she was always positive and confident it was still out there. At times I wanted to see places l wasn't sure about and would try and talk myself into them. Shawnna was always looking out for my best interest. She'd tell me, "no that's not the one for you, I'm not going to let you settle for something you're not crazy about". She saw this home, in the area I had said I really liked and were one of the first few people to see it. Shawnna change the strategy on my offer and presentation this time and it was accepted. And today I'm in my "perfect" home! The truth is I feel I've gotten more than a home, I've got a friend for life. Like I said in the title, Shawnna is..."Simply The Best"
