Great and Honest guy and follows through to the end. Mr. Berger found me a coop 5 years and sold it 2 weeks ago. Would definitely recommend Daniel Berger in a heartbeat to find and sell your 🏠🏡🏠 homes. Great experience and I couldn't be more satisfied and happy with my Agent!

Daniel is by far the best realtor in the business! Not only was he my realtor when I purchased my first home, he was also my realtor when I sold my home a few years later, and I would not have had it any other way. His expertise and knowledge on the real estate market is amazing, and he genuinely has his clients best interest at heart. The customer service that Daniel provides to his clients is second to none! His responsiveness is first class, and he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for everyone that he is working with. I am truly blessed to have had Daniel through both my buying and selling process. Moving forward, I will use Daniel for all of my real estate purchases in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing realtor to work with!

Deb Hilfman was very professional, reliable and on point. I met her on zillow while browsing for homes. She was very easy to talk to, she provided me with the information I needed in a timely manner and was very quick on setting and confirming appointments to show me homes. She has great knowledge in the real estate market and was able to find me a Coop in a great location. The amount of time and effort she put into walking me through the Coop process was impressive. I am very happy with my purchase and thankful for her for making my home buying process a smooth one.

Was a long process between the co-op board, management company and changing economy but Danny and his team did what had to be done to get us across the finish line.

It was great working with Danny and we would definitely recommend him for any real estate services. He is knowledgeable, always hands on, personable, and works day and night. Be it a early morning or a late night, Danny is always available to discuss and always reachable. He managed to deliver nice outcome for all parties and we could not have been happier with his performance. We had worked in the past on a different transaction with a different local real estate broker from a different local agency and we were extremely dissatisfied / unimpressed - Danny was completely the opposite - a trusted and reliable partner who managed to deliver a top outcome quickly. Definitely recommended.

As first time home buyers, we really appreciated Daniel’s expertise. When viewing homes he knew exactly what to look for and explained things that we would have not known and would have been costly in the future. He helped us every step of the way, from explaining the process, finding us lawyers, mortgage agents, and provided great resources for afterwards. Highly recommend!

Daniel Berger is a fantastic Real Estate Broker! This is the second time that my partner and I have worked with Danny on helping us locate and close on a great multi family investment in Westchester! Danny is always available day or night and replies to our questions whenever we need him. I value working with Danny as he is a Top Agent and is so professional. I'm looking forward to the next time we work together.
