Deb had the awful job of shepherding us through our first home purchase. Deb was patient and helpful - even when we set up some exhausting viewing schedules! But with her help we were able to quickly narrow our focus to properties in line with our goals for location, size etc.When viewing properties her sense of humor, experience in the industry, knowledge of potential house issues/concerns, local knowledge and interest in our goals made it a pleasure.When it came time to make offers she was able to guide us to make realistic offers, and helped us understand how competitive (or not) our offers might be.And then came the time to do inspections: Deb has a great network of professionals to call upon. Our General Inspection was thorough and informative - luckily no major issues - but some great tips for us to maintain and improve the property. Deb also recommended a great Septic Inspector.
