Focusing on residential real estate in Westchester, Putnam, and Fairfield counties, I am licensed in both New York and Connecticut. I have been a Westchester County resident for over 25 years and live ten minutes from the Connecticut border. I service a large area that is easily commutable to New York City. Additionally, I provide in-depth knowledge to home shoppers about the nuances of a wide variety of towns and counties. Before delving into real estate, I spent over twenty years working in quantitative analytics for two of the top financial firms in Manhattan: BlackRock and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ).  I believe that my quantitative background helps me significantly in real estate. I can easily evaluate sales activity and decipher property values according to the various factors that affect each property/town. My first venture into real estate was in 2015 with an international real estate firm. Shortly thereafter, I chose to focus on the local market and I am now at RE/MAX Prestige Properties. RE/MAX offers more marketing platforms which allows me to broadcast my listings to a vast audience and provide the highest level of service to my clients. I grew up in Cobleskill, NY, a historic town between Cooperstown and Saratoga. During my four years at SUNY Oneonta, I achieved two Bachelor's Degrees; my studies ranged from mathematics and chemistry to studio art and photography. From there, I moved to Manhattan to join "Corporate America” and continued my Masters Studies at New York University. Today I live in Westchester County. When I am not working in real estate, I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, photography, and spending time with my family and pets.

Absolute best! Excellent to work with, gets things done fast and communicates every step of the way!

Danny was great to work with! He clearly knew the market well and took the time to get to know exactly what we were looking for in a house to help us find our dream home. He did not let us settle and made the whole process fun. Any time we wanted to see something or had questions he was on it and got back to us incredibly quickly! He would even get back to us when he was on vacation so quickly! Even after we bought our home he was great about answering every question that came up for us and if he didn’t know the answer he would ask the right person and get us a answer quickly. He also has wonderful people he recommended and works with for everything and it made the process very easy! 20/10 would work with him again!
