Rachel was Terrific. She is calm, very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. She guided us on how best to stage our home, she had a sensible approach to determine the asking and selling price where some realtors are coming up with all types of formulas to arrive at that number. She guided us on what we had to do after the buyers inspection and offered names of providers who could take care of those issues. She was very responsive and kept us informed on all the things we needed to know throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Rachel again for any real estate needs I have. And the most important part was our listing went live on a Friday around 5PM and on Sunday we had a verbal offer and then a written offer on Monday morning. So our house sold in 3 days.

To give a bit of background, we came up to Mount Dora to see a house that Marty was the listing agent for. We did not like the house, but we were like, she is so helpful, and we decided to have her represent us in our search for a house. After one house that did not go through, with no fault of agent, we finally found our vacation home and Marty was there to guide us in the entire process.
