I had so many questions, needed help almost every step of the way and even after the sale, Terri was there when I needed help. Terri was always there and is always there! She helped me handle the little details and guided me with advice from her many years of experience. She helped me navigate through purchasing, insurance, inspections, negotiation, and market knowledge. I will be working with her in the future and have sent many people her way already. I originally had selected another property to purchase, which I decided later I no longer wanted. Terri helped me to let the property go - all the while game planning to bid on another property! Two bids in for this property and we ended up being the selected bid over a cash offer! I couldn't be happier to work with Terri. I told Paula what type of home I was interested in and on a visit there in March I saw several homes with her. After being 2nd in line for the first home I tried to buy she then found me one in the same development as soon as it came on the market. She was patient in answering all my questions since i was no longer in Florida and was a great resource for any help I needed.....utilities, painters, insurance, etc. providing me with several options for each. She always said yes to anything I asked from her...meeting appraisers, etc. She made the process run very smoothly and I would definitely recommend contacting her for property in the Tampa area.

Tina is an amazing person and really looks out for her buyers. We went to countless homes but never felt pressured into anything in particular.
