Above & Beyond is an understatement When we started the process of purchasing a piece of property we never thought anything would really go wrong. Boy were we wrong! Our mortgage company dragged their feet and didn't communicate well. Several extensions were made but Terri stayed strong and worked with the sellers. When we finally had our financials in order the seller needed to extend 2 weeks. In that time frame the spouse was in the hospital. Later the spouse passed away but she worked with the spouse to get the death cert in order for us to close on time. She had to endure more than she had to ever but she is a better realtor for it I'm sure of it! Kept in touch with us every step of the way! HIGHLY recommended

Tina was amazing! From listing to closing Tina always had our wants and needs in mind. She went above an beyond in all phases! Tina was always available to us night or day, and on the weekends. Tina is the best! She treats me like a family. I am a first time homebuyer and I don't know much about home buying, Tina answers all my questions and very accommodating. This is not our first rodeo buying a house and knew that in this crazy market an experienced agent is a MUST! Tina has been our realtor since 1989 when we purchased our home in Land O’ Lakes.
