My parents and I have worked with Zach multiple times over the years. We came across him after he pulled of a bit of a miracle with a late neighbor's derelict properties. He will do everything he can to get you the best deal possible, both as a seller and as a buyer. He would periodically keep in touch afterwards with occasional holiday & birthday greetings, etc., as a family acquaintance. And when we contacted him again several years later with a request a bit outside of his area of expertise, he still gamely tried his best to help us where he could, and find us others more used to such searches. All of this is why, though I usually don't bother doing reviews like this, I have no problem doing this one.
