Carol & team were already the gold standard for real estate agents and then two hurricanes hit our islands. Without skipping a beat (and in the midst of their own upheaval) they quickly learned how to help home owners making life-changing decisions during a recovery crisis that this area has never seen. We put our trust in Carol 30 years ago and continue to have full faith in her expertise and her team’s outstanding productivity. Exceptional!

Melissa was very patient, communicative and helpful!
I worked with Melissa on acquiring an investment property and she was very communicative whenever I would reach out and ask for something. Additionally, there were some hiccups with the title company along the way and she made sure to reach out and ask how she could help out. She was very flexible with us and did everything she could to help us get the deal closed. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely Patient & Fun to Work With
Even with a team of sophisticated partners, I was able to work out a great transaction with Melissa. Her patience and humility quite literally saved the whole transaction! Carol and Chris are top rate from the time they toured my home to the final closing. They instructed us what was needed to be done to present our home in the best way. Each month they discussed the feedback from showings and continued to update us on market. They put together a professional brochure and helped monitor the property until it sold.
