I was so fortunate to have found Debi. As our Realtor, she helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from Ohio to Michigan to look at homes. I would recommend her to anyone.

Gina Graf is by far the most honest, intelligent and professional realtor I have ever dealt with in buying and selling homes throughout my entire adult life. While aggressive, she maintains a calm and is personable. She is hardworking, responsive, diligent, knowledgeable and persists in fnding solutions when road blocks find their way into a negotiation. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone who is searching for a true professional in this industry. There is none that compare!

She was able to sell my house in 2011 when it had been on the market for 6 years. It ended up being a short sale but no other agent had even suggested going that route.

The Kennedy Realty team, Debi Kennedy and Brandy Alexander, was extremely helpful in helping me find my home. They helped research my needs and understood my timeline. Both members worked very hard to make sure I knew what my options were and which homes would support my needs. When I needed assistance with filing paperwork, they were there at their office to help guide me through the process. I would highly recommend both members, Debi and Brandy, to anyone looking for a home in Toledo.

Debi went above and beyond with the whole selling process. She was genuine and not like any other realators I've ever dealt with. She helped even when she had sickness and business herself and never made us feel like we were bothering her. She seemed to have all the time in the world for us and made our first time selling experience so amazing. I would recommend her again and again !!!
