I really can’t say enough about Deb. This woman goes above and beyond for her clients, no matter your budget. She stands up for what’s right whether you are selling or buying. She is the best in the biz, and I say that having some experience with other realtors.

Kathy’s market knowledge was very accurate. She knew the market in this area. She always communicated well and was there to answer any questions we had. She was friendly and made the whole process very easy.

Debi has helped us buy and sell homes for more than a decade. She is very knowledgeable and patient while we chose the right home for us. We have referred her and her team and all our friends have remarked how awesome she is. If you choose the Kennedy team you will be in good hands.

We really enjoyed working with Kathy to purchase our new home. She was responsive, sent us multiple home options, and came to our first showing with a detailed list of comparable homes. She didn’t try to push us to look at anything that wasn’t in the exact area we wanted - she always listened to us. When it came time to make an offer, she helped us through multiple negotiation cycles and even helped us find a contractor to get a quote on a needed fix on the weekend. Her hustle, but ability to listen to clients was great. We’d highly recommend Kathy!

Debi is a great agent. This is the second house I have purchased through her. She had been in Toledo a long time and knows the area well. She has been a great asset before, during and after the sale.

Couldn’t be more happy with my experience. Kathy was amazing and so helpful throughout the entire experience. With the housing market being so crazy now she was still avaible and ready to get to work, she put in a lot of effort to be sure to get to showings as fast as possible!

Kathy Brown from Luxion was so wonderful to work with! I just bought my very first home and I can’t say enough good things about Kathy! We went through so many houses together and she was so fun and helpful to go through them with. She was always available when I needed her and worked with my crazy schedule! She explained things in a way I could understand, as I knew just about nothing before I bought my house! She was realistic and gave me the best advice on which houses we should look at and how to put an offer in. I carry her card with me in case I met anyone looking for a realtor! If I ever need to sell or buy another house, Kathy Brown would be my first call!
