She helped my fiancée and I navigate a difficult housing market with ease, especially with us being first time home buyers. She helped us with regularly sharing listings of potential interest, getting tours set up, and helping influence the seller on our offer beyond just the purchase price listed, which to be honest we think was a massive differentiator in why our offer was accepted over other competing offers. Gina continued to be very available well beyond contracting and throughout the closing process to ensure we had everything we needed and were connecting with the appropriate people (title agency, home insurance, mortgage lender, etc.) to support a very efficient close.
