agoKyle was referred to us through our lender, && right off the bat he was wonderful! He included my boyfriend && I into a group text that way both of us were being given all of the communication. Kyle's communication with us, our lender, the seller's agent, && our title company was absolutely top-notch! Kyle is very knowledgeable; he listened to our needs/wants && sent us every property he knew we'd like. Very Knowledgeable with the market trends and all aspects of the business. Very professional. Takes the time to explain and educate people and work with them to get their needs met. Very punctual. Very helpful in getting data and presenting it in front of us to show the market analysis and pricing. Help with ideas to make sure the product we are dealing with (whether buying or selling a house) is priced at the right price and will close fast.
