Kathy worked with my wife and I as we relocated to NW Ohio. From the MINUTE we saw the listing to the final closing documents, she was communicative and swift in gathering everything we needed to settle into town. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, my wife and I are very happy.

agoKyle was referred to us through our lender, && right off the bat he was wonderful! He included my boyfriend && I into a group text that way both of us were being given all of the communication. Kyle's communication with us, our lender, the seller's agent, && our title company was absolutely top-notch! Kyle is very knowledgeable; he listened to our needs/wants && sent us every property he knew we'd like. Throughout this process, Kyle has become a friend && we will definitely miss our adventurous home showings! Thank you, Kyle, for all of your patience && hard work! 😁 -Brandi && Andrew
