Time, Talent and Attention to Detail
Our experience required patience during the negotiations phase with the seller. Eddie's talent in knowing the market as well as expertise in being able to quickly find an inspector then renegotiate the terms of sale were appreciated. His attention to detail and willingness to explain the process to us, given our lack of experience was also helpful.

Absolutely, Positively, The BEST!
Tara is the most heart-felt, genuine realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. She knows her stuff! She was available for my questions and concerns whether it was 6am or midnight. She made the processes of selling and purchasing my homes a breeze. When I didn't quite understand all of the real estate lingo, she took the time to explain it in a way I could understand. Great for 1st time buyers
