Eddie is amazing. He sold our house in less than 24 hours of the first showing, and we had multiple offers! He gave really good suggestions on what we should do with the house to get it ready for the showings and that enabled us to get top dollar for it! Eddie also helped us find our forever home. Through the process he learned our likes and dislikes and would point things out to us. He was never impatient or rude with the multiple times we called him or the many many showings we went to. The last showing, before we even walked into the house, he said "Your going to love this one" and we both fell in love with the house. It had everything we wanted and more. She acommadated my crazy schedule and even worked and negotiated on my behalf on Memorial Day and Foirth of July weekends.she showed me about 50 houses.
