He gave us a lot of advise on fixing up our home that allowed us to accept an offer exactly what we asked for. He also listened to all of our requests as to what we were looking for in a new home. I had a unique river front home that I thought would sell quickly. We had 3 showings, resulting in 2 good offers! If you're interested in a closing gift look elsewhere, but if you want your agent to get your house noticed, she is your agent. I am still waiting for a referral so I can purchase another home, this was a request I made about 60 days ago. I just watch the MLS and contact the listing agent. I had a very good experience with Eddie. He made excellent suggestions on ways to improve the overall presentation of my house, which I never would have thought of on my own.
