We met Jeannie in 2020 and discussed building a house. We weren't ready until 2024 (late). We finally decided to built a house in 2025. It was completed in 2026. Through all that time, she was a dream to work with. She has a kind heart and is very patient. We even referred one of our sons (and his wife) to Jeannie because they had bad luck with their first realtor. My son and his wife found their perfect home through Jeannie, as did we. I highly recommend Jeannie as a realtor. She knows every step of buying and selling real estate. She is meticulus and very detailed. She also answered a lot of our questions. Calls and texts were always answered promptly, and we were confident our transactions were being done correctly and timely. Betsy worked so well with other agents on both sales also. She truly knows the real estate market and all its regulations and is very attentive to all the details. She prepared and processed documents so quickly; we were never left waiting for anything! She also understood our feelings about securing a buyer for our home who would love it as much as we did for so many years. She pointed out all the wonderful features of our home in the marketing materials and brought in a photographer who portrayed our home with all the warmth we felt for it. She was always willing to go the extra mile with open houses, phone conversations, meetings and anything else we asked for. Jeannie deserves unlimited stars. My wife and I are first time home buyers and we knew NOTHING about the process or what it entailed. I wasn't ready at all and made several mistakes along the way. Jeannie not only guided us with care and grace but even had the patience of a true saint to have to deal with our ignorance and indecisiveness as well as a bit of a difficult situation come closing. At no point in the process did we feel pressured or persuaded into deciding one way or the other and anything we decided, she backed 110%.
