She did a FANTASTIC job in helping us sell our daughter's house. She does an awesome job researching and comparing to suggest a reasonable price to sell the home in a short time on the market. We were in contract within the first week (week an a half at most) of having the house listed. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling. Tamara was amazing!! She kept our whole team on task. When our first buyer fell through we had our house back on the market and sold again before the weekend was over. She is extremely knowledgeable about the laws, paperwork, and process and was even there to "Dr. Phil" us when we were worried or anxious. She went above and beyond working her schedule to fix ours.
