Tamara was a huge help for us. Being it was our first time buying a home. Tanara was very patient and willing to take as much time as needed in explaining things to us (no matter how many times it took 😊) making sure we understood everything through the whole process. Tamara was available to us anytime we had questions even if she had family stuff going on. She would would get back with us quickly. I personally learned a lot from her one example wood window frames tend to mold. She is very knowledgeable of the market and what is going on. Tamara was awesome and made our first home buying experience very easy and stress free, as much as someone could in this crazy market. Tamara knew how to sell our home! Besides helping us prepare for the showing, she quoted us a selling price that we felt was too high, but it ended up being sold above the price she quoted.
