Cheri never failed to keep us positive and informed during the purchase of our first home. Diana is an exceptional realtor! My family approached her at the beginning of this year (2024) with a goal: Sell two houses and find one that will accommodate our needs and stay within our budget. Diana never hesitated and even began working with us while still in Florida for the winter. It took 7 months to complete this process, but Diana sold both houses (one for WAY more than we ever thought we would sell it for) and found our perfect home! I never once doubted her ability to help us accomplish this dream. Cheri is amazing!!! I had some very unique requests when I was looking for a home, which made it difficult to find a home that was in my budget. We looked at what seemed to be a million homes and when I was feeling defeated, Cheri was always there with positive words. She patiently and diligently helped me find the perfect home!! Cheri is a rare one, she is great to work with, very friendly and professional and most importantly...easy to get a hold of and responses in a reasonable amount of time (which in my book, is very hard to come by these days).
