Phenominal Agent
Chad is an exceptional Realtor. We were suppose to buy a house 2 yrs ago and due to medical problems we were unable to make the move from Minnesota to Florida. Chad stayed with us throughout the last 2 years sending us listing that fit our specifications. No other agent would have taken the time and moved onto other buyers in a hot minute ! Chad not only was our realtor but we are glad to call him our friend. We finally made it to Florida in May and bought our beautiful home, thanks to Chad.
