Laurie did a wonderful job selling our house! She had to deal with 4 co-owners that lived out of state and needed to get repairs/improvements done prior to going on the market. She helped by recommending companies with good reputations that did great work. She also kept an eye on the work being done as well as the house in general for us. Laurie was extremely responsive to any and all questions and was available day or night. Her recommendations for negotiating offers were invaluable to us. I would highly recommend chad vogt when buying a house. He gets right to the point if it's worth it or not.
