Great experience from start to finish with this young lady. I have over 100 friends that are realtors so it makes it difficult however Erin wasn’t pushy or anything of the such. She helped me tremendously before she even knew she was our choice! She goes over and beyond in the community and that pours into her professional career as well. She was very responsive and answered every question we had. Our deal wasn’t easy but she made it so. Thankful to have used you and will do so again in the future. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience!

WOW where do I start...They are the BEST...if you want to sell your home with experienced agents then Kris and Emma are the ones. We put our home up for sell as we were moving to Missouri and left our home in their hands to sell it. They always kept us up to date on EVERYTHING that was happening. After 3 tries ( no fault on them) the day came and we CLOSED. We cant thank you both enough for everything you did and making sure all was good. We will always be thankful.

Erin was the right person to market ourproperty. We live in an unusual community (Charlotte Ranchettes) and chose Erin specifically because of her knowledge and interest in properties in that neighborhood. With her advice, we priced our home for a quick but profitable sale and that is exactly what we got. Once the contract was signed, Erin continued to be available whenever needed, up to and including the closing. We highly recommend her.

Kris is an amazing realtor. He found potential buyers for us within the first week of listing our properties and he provided a constant flow of potential buyers throughout our selling process. He has very creative ways of marketing the properties to attract buyers. Kris was able to get three of our properties sold very quickly and smoothly. I was buying a lot of land and most realtors didn’t respond as the commission on that type of transaction is low. Richard not only responded but went above and beyond with communication and response. Kris was exceptional throughout my whole home buying process! Able to show me multiple homes promptly with being flexible with my schedule, had a great knowledge of the area, gave me critical advice to help with my decision, and genuinely wanted to do all he could to help me find a place for me and my family to call home! Paul is by far the most professional and hard working real estate professional I have ever hired. He made the arduous process of showing and selling my home as stress free as such an endeavor can be always available to answer questions and give positive assurances regarding the often frustrating and tiring experience.
