My husband and I were looking for our future retirement home in Florida and Kevin helped us find the perfect home. He was with us every step of the way and helped us put in an offer that was immediately accepted. He communicated with us almost daily during the 30 days until we closed on the property and answered all of our questions (and there were many) in a timely manner. During the walk through there were some issues with the sellers not being fully moved out and Kevin calmly and efficiently put a plan into action to help the seller finish moving out. We were able to still close on time. Kevin is not just our realtor but has become a friend!!

I could write a novel on our wonderful experience with Kris! We were in a messy short sale purchase for over 2 years! Kris answered his phone every single time. He went above and beyond for us.
