Tina came highly recommended by a family member and I am so glad we had her to represent us. She was very informative from the initial meeting and very very sweet and understanding as I was emotional in deciding to sell my home after 12 years. Not only did she have offers the 1st day of showings, the process was quick. She priced the house right and was able to get us multiple favorable offers after only 2 days! Her contacts are very knowledgeable and great at what they do (ex. her photographer). Listen to her guidance and you will not regret it! In regards to finding a new home for us, Tina was responsive to all text messages and phone calls, all hours of the day and night, throughout the whole process! Mike was great, and helped me sell my house during the whole Coronavirus scare. Everything about the sale was in uncharted territory given the circumstances. Mike kept his cool through the whole experience. His knowledge of the Real Estate Market and all of the processes and procedures came through and really helped the sale. Our sale of our condo was the third Realestate transaction with Mike Lefton. With that said there is a reason for repeat business. Simply said I truly believe he is one of the best in the business. He is knowledgeable and experienced but his strongest attribute is his communication and people skills. We recently purchased a property out of state. My agent was very nice but no where near the caliber of Mike.
