Mike was always there to answer my questions and give me his honest opinion of what needed to be done to sell my house. I wanted to sell the house quickly and Mike delivered. He was very patience with me as I was cleaning out the house. Once the house went on the market, Mike had lots of clients set up to view it and many offers came through. Lynn and Mike are awesome. They made sure my home would pass inspection my fixing little issues, replacing my outside light and adding Smoke detectors and CO protectors. They did this as a service. They also made the sale of my home very easy. They took care of paperwork and anything that’s needed to get the job done. They got me the best offer that I’m very pleased with.
