Works hard for you.
Elton was a true pleasure to work with in my home buying journey. Elton was prompt in returning phone calls and contacting the other realtor. I never felt pressure from Elton in any step of the procedure and he would give recommendations and advice. I was able to close on my home in less than 30 days from the time I meet Elton and took my initial walk through. I felt like Elton was working with me instead of just getting commission.

Mindy is wonderful to work with and superb with every detail!

Mindy worked very hard during the entire experience.
Mindy has been in this career for over 20 years. Her knowledge of all the ins and outs and details of Real Estate transactions and nuances is extensive. She definitely went the extra mile when it came to investigating all aspects of the "deal", keeping me informed and communicating with all who were involved. Her "people skills" are outstanding, her being compassionate and patient. I just can't say enough about how well this procedure, which had a couple of "pauses" went. I highly recommend Mindy to anyone looking to buy or sell. I've done this eight times, so I have dealt with a few agents. Mindy is at the top of my list of great real Estate Agents.

Simply the BEST!!!
The Davis Team listens to you. They were very responsive to my needs and questions. They were very kind and patient with me even after showing me 20 plus houses, but when I found the one, it was all hands on deck. They made sure everything went smooth and quickly. I really feel like part of a family. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would love a smooth and easy experience buying a house. I loved mine and I am very,very HAPPY!!!
