Mike and his Team were great through the entire process, they helped us with staging, and making sure we put our best foot forward once our listing hit the market. It sold in 12 hours, and we couldn't be happier with the process or the outcome!

In 2018 we started this journey and relationship with Elton and Sonya by them representing us as buyers the same house they represented us as sellers they walk us through the whole process because we didn’t understand buying or selling our home to weave through what the client think they know , the internet, clients bringing up information they have learned through Google never took one class on real estate, corporations, buying homes , wholesale sales, new regulations all to move the realtor out of they way in my opinion this was more than buying and selling a house this was a forged and trusted relationship built over 8 years with our family and financial success in there hands we moved from Columbus,Ohio to Arlington Texas and they helped even in being from are stopping point ( we drove 16 hours) Jackson Tennessee we are so grateful that even without a lot of words there was a lot of reasoning and understanding between business and friendship something you don’t see a lot of today they wanted they best for us and we wanted the deal to get done for them we were even able to close 6 days early so we could get on the road to Texas very important especially driving a 26 foot Penske moving truck and pulling a car in the rain for 8 hrs That’s Love for your client and your profession Be Blessed The spectacular Davis Team

Elton was a fabulous realtor to us. He knew anything and everything that there was to know about finding a home. Always there to help us at any hour of the day and constantly showing up for us to help us find a home no matter where it was at. We were so lucky to work with Elton when buying our first home, he made it so easy and seamless for us. He was able to work with us to get a fabulous deal for our new home and make sure everything was squared away all the way till closing. I could not recommend him more!!

She’s helped me through the whole process very thoroughly and has always helped me through all of my questions and concerns. Being a first time homebuyer was pretty confused of lots of things but she guided me through it all. Thank you so much Mindy!

Mike was great to work with! As a first time homebuyer Mike helped my wife and I navigate the home buying process. With his advice we were able to avoid homes that would have turned out to be money pits. We never felt pressured by Mike and he was always available when there was a house we wanted to see. Mike continued to be helpful through the closing process and continues to be helpful after closing. I have already recommended Mike to numerous family and friends who express interest in buying a home.

Mindy is absolutely the best agent to work with. She has worked diligently with us for several years to help our family find our starter home and now our perfect forever home. She has gone above and beyond for us and ensured communication with us every step of the way. She has excellent knowledge of the market and truly her clients best interest in mind. From start to finish, she ensured the process went smoothly. She always has a kind word, smile, and even brought goodies for my toddler to showings! I will recommend Mindy to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home. She is not only an amazing agent but wonderful person!
