I decided to sell my home of 20 years, and having known Mike personally I contacted him. I had a lot going on and wanted the least amount of stress possible. I also didn’t want to overprice my house, as a house that sits on the market too long tends to give the impression that there’s something wrong with it so many pass it by. I really wanted a bidding war. I put my full faith in Mike and followed his advice on what to list it at, how to list it (professional photos, virtual tour, etc.) and so on. Mike knew exactly what to list my house at to generate a bidding war and my house sold considerably higher than I expected AND we were under contract after it being on the market only 24 hours. Mike not only delivered on everything I asked, he exceeded my expectations in every way. Marco was fantastic. We received multiple offers, and accepted an offer above our listing price. He also was able to be there for the smoke inspection, as I was traveling and could not be there. Additionally there a few other times when I could not be there. Excellent realtor, very professional.
