I really wanted a bidding war. I put my full faith in Mike and followed his advice on what to list it at, how to list it (professional photos, virtual tour, etc.) and so on. Mike knew exactly what to list my house at to generate a bidding war and my house sold considerably higher than I expected AND we were under contract after it being on the market only 24 hours. Mike not only delivered on everything I asked, he exceeded my expectations in every way. He was my right-hand and helped me with any and everything I needed and handled my sale like a true professional. Mike Behm is as good as it gets!

I can't say enough about my recent experience with realtor, Mike Behm. He's so knowledgeable, patient and most of all, he's kind. He truly cared and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Marco was fantastic. We received multiple offers, and accepted an offer above our listing price. He also was able to be there for the smoke inspection, as I was traveling and could not be there. Additionally there a few other times when I could not be there. Excellent realtor, very professional.
