We had to relocate immediately after sales agreement signed. Carol handled this transaction in our absence/long distance at the same time keeping us well informed until closing. She went well above and beyond the norm in her personally keeping eyes on the property, assuring it was kept neat and even navigated the removal of any needed items left behind. Carol Cooney is an outstanding real estate agent who I highly recommend. She is knowledgeable regarding all aspects of buying and selling homes and provides valuable guidance throughout the process. I had a complex situation that involved selling my condo and relocating out of state in a short timeframe. Carol suggested I focus on the move first. Then Carol put my condo on the market once I moved. She allowed me to leave any items I did not want to take and her team sold and/or disposed of the items.
