The Bald Biker Broker is definitely the best in the business. I honestly don't believe there is anyone better. Always available to answer any questions or concerns. He handled our sale of one and purchase of another seamlessly, had all of the ducks in a row. His recommendations for Inspections, movers, etc. Where also on point. She went well above and beyond the norm in her personally keeping eyes on the property, assuring it was kept neat and even navigated the removal of any needed items left behind. Carol Cooney is an outstanding real estate agent who I highly recommend. She is knowledgeable regarding all aspects of buying and selling homes and provides valuable guidance throughout the process. I had a complex situation that involved selling my condo and relocating out of state in a short timeframe. Carol suggested I focus on the move first.
