Having started my real estate career in 2003, I have spent over two decades honing my expertise, and I hold several designations, including my GRI, ABR, and CRS-Designate. One of the greatest joys of my job is working with first-time homebuyers. There’s nothing quite like seeing the excitement on my clients’ faces when they finally get the keys to their new home! I was born in Neenah and have called Oshkosh home for almost my entire life. It’s here that I raised my two wonderful children and built my life with my late husband, Pete. In addition to my work in real estate, I’m a huge Wisconsin Badger fan, and I absolutely love dogs in all shapes and sizes. In my free time, I enjoy traveling—having had the opportunity to explore many parts of the world—and I also enjoy fixing up houses. Growing up in Van Dyne, WI (a community between Fond du Lac and Oshkosh) Kodi Barthels (Freiberg) has had the opportunity to familiarize herself with both Fond du Lac and Winnebago counties and what they both have to offer. Kodi bases her practices off of making and building relationships with anyone who comes her way. Kodi's strong work ethic, energetic attitude, and loyal customer service are some of the attributes she takes pride in. In her free time, Kodi enjoys anything that has to do with being outside.
