Having started my real estate career in 2003, I have spent over two decades honing my expertise, and I hold several designations, including my GRI, ABR, and CRS-Designate. One of the greatest joys of my job is working with first-time homebuyers. There’s nothing quite like seeing the excitement on my clients’ faces when they finally get the keys to their new home! I was born in Neenah and have called Oshkosh home for almost my entire life. It’s here that I raised my two wonderful children and built my life with my late husband, Pete. In addition to my work in real estate, I’m a huge Wisconsin Badger fan, and I absolutely love dogs in all shapes and sizes. In my free time, I enjoy traveling—having had the opportunity to explore many parts of the world—and I also enjoy fixing up houses. Growing up in Van Dyne, Wisconsin, a close-knit community between Fond du Lac and Oshkosh, Kodi Barthels (Freiberg) has developed deep roots throughout both Fond du Lac and Winnebago counties. Having lived in the Van Dyne, Winneconne, and Oshkosh areas and attended school in Fond du Lac, she brings extensive knowledge of the local communities and the unique opportunities each has to offer.
