Excellent, the man knows his craft.
Gus Garcia sold us our house on Royal Ave. ten years ago. Always said we would use him if we ever sold. Well we did sell. First person we contacted was Gus to sell that home. Very courteous and concerned about handling our sale. The man knows the Fond du Lac market better than most. After closing he actually helped us with moving the final items from our home. Gus Garcia went above and beyond what we would have expected from our Agent. He did more to help us out than any other Agent would have. If anyone is selling or buying, he is the only Agent we would recommend to handle the process. As we have told both our families and friends.

Sale of a family home

Very easy to work with and professional.
I had a very good time working with Rod Drendel . He knows the market, and what will work . Rod will listen to your ideas and let you know if they will work and will help improve them if needed. I would definitely have Rod sell for me again . If I’m looking for another property I will also work with Rod.
