Commitment
He took on trying to sell my house even though it was only good to someone willing to do major repairs. The payoff was higher than we could sell it for. He reassured me that he could do it when I felt discouraged. He made the sale go smoothly from start to finish.

We loved working with Amanda! She helped sell our house and she couldn’t have been better! She was very responsive and kind to all my questions, calls, and texts throughout the process - no matter what time of the day or night. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market and knew how to market our house for sale. She had a plan from the beginning of what to highlight in our home, when to market it on the MLS and when to schedule showings/open house. Despite the stress that comes with any large sale, she was calm, attentive, and knew how to handle all matters that came up. The process was smooth from beginning to end and we couldn’t have done it without her!

His knowledge not only about the real estate market, but also about construction, solar energy, negotiating and so much more was a HUGE help for me! Geoff works for YOU not for himself.
