Geoff recommended a place that had not been on our radar because of unattractive listing photos. The actual place was great and we are very happy to be here. As buyer’s agent Geoff helped with every step of the process.

Geoff was a great realtor. He had knowledge of the street and the occupants. He connected me with like professionals. The inspector was amazing and thorough. He also recommended the mortgage company to me and they were able to get me an unexpected grant. Also good to deal with. I enjoyed his sense of humor and the connections he had to make my journey easier. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

Geoff helped me to navigate a tricky situation buying and selling at the same time, and in a bit of a tough market! Geoff managed the situation successfully that I had a place to move, and could sell my old home with no mortgage overlap! Much of this was done when I was out of town dealing with a family illness. Geoff encouraged me to prioritize the needs of my family and made the process as stress free as possible for me! So grateful for his expertise!
