Warren walked us through every step of the process of selling the family home after a death in the family. When we chose Cathy as our realtor we hadn’t decided yet if we wanted to rent or sell our home. We thought if we listed it at a higher price and had a buyer we would sell and if not we would rent. Well Cathy found a buyer. We were hoping it would fall out of escrow because we realized we wanted to keep the house but before we knew it escrow closed sooner then we had anticipated and we had to negotiate a rent back for 45 days.
