We first "met" Cathy Lee through the note tablets that real estate agents use to advertise in a particular area. We talked to her by phone several times and she freely gave expert advice about what kinds of home improvements might help us sell our house. When it came time to actually put our house on the market, Cathy was there within hours. She and her team staged, photographed, and listed our property in less than 48 hours; their advertising helped make our Open House a huge success! We had two offers by the end of the day! While the above may be somehow expected of all agents, Cathy demonstrated her considerable experience when things did NOT go according to plan. Our first offer collapsed due to circumstances affecting the buyers; Cathy lined up a second offer in less than a day. And, despite deeply personal losses in her own family, Cathy stayed on the job until escrow closed successfully. When we chose Cathy as our realtor we hadn’t decided yet if we wanted to rent or sell our home. We thought if we listed it at a higher price and had a buyer we would sell and if not we would rent.
