Gail was extremely professional and helpful. We looked at around 50 homes trying to find the perfect fit. Gail helped us find a new construction home that was perfect for our needs. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

Gail is fantastic and down to earth. She is honest and works for you. This is the second time we used her and were very happy. She s quick to get back to on phone, text and email. She also has your back and gives you honest feedback. In our last transaction, I felt like the buyers were asking too much at times and she agreed. She was able to compromise very successful solutions to get the transaction closed.

As first-time homebuyers we could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, experienced, helpful agent. When we sold that home six years later we didn’t hesitate to work with Gail again and she sold the home quickly for the full asking price. She is cool under pressure, communicates well and is just a great person.

It was a pleasure to work with Glenn! He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and hard working. I highly recommend him if you want a realtor who thinks outside the box, will have an amazing open house, ensure great photos are taken of your property, will be open and honest with you, and will communicate in a timely and efficient manner. He sold our South Florida home in under 2 months.

I have known/worked with Gail for over 20 years. During this time I have bought and sold three homes and two condos. I have always found Gail to be professional, knowledgeable and very hardworking. She is up on the market, contracts, lenders, potential buyers etc. and all our dealings have been very beneficial to me and my family. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy in the Martin County area.

Excellent communicator in long distance sale. Extremely knowledgeable of listings and potential buyers in area as well as complicated process of permits and land surveys. Very forthcoming with answers to all questions. Very thorough in her analysis of situation and possibilities. Sally presented me with realistic expectations; provided alternatives when the situation changed. Sally was in every way a responsive and caring partner in a challenging selling situation. I trusted her in a long process and my trust was 100% rewarded in the final sale of property that had been in my family for more than 100 years. She sold land that was homesteaded by one of the founding fathers of Stuart Florida. I recommend Sally highly. She stepped in at an extremely difficult time in my life with expert advice and action and was always courteous and circumspect in our dealings.

Glenn and his team knew exactly what was needed to be done to our home for it to sell quickly. He staged it with furniture since it was empty, changed the pulls in the kitchen, replaced bulbs with brighter one, and made a major change in the master bathroom. He made sure someone from his team were at the showings. He was able to get an offer withing 4 weeks. It had been on the market for 5 months with another realtor with no offers. He guided us through the negotiations and we were able to settle on a price. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.
