I have used other realtors in the past but no one like JPaul Moore. He quickly responded to all our phone calls from start to finish.Text messages, phone calls, concerning the listing were answered immediately. He made made contacts with contractors, attorneys, mold inspectors, wind mitigation, and roofers to make our closing stress free. His honesty and professionalism in all aspects of the buying process was outstanding. I consider it a pleasure to have meet JPaul and he now is our agent to list our home for sale. Rick Scimeca

Because I live out of state, I needed an agent that was knowledgeable and trustworthy, Gail McCallum delivered on both counts. She navigated us through the Florida real estate market allowing us to make the sale of my late mothers home relatively easy.

I couldn't have been happier working with Rosi Shepard. She was so patient and willing to work around our schedule. She gave great advice and I always felt that she had our best interests in mind.

A few years back Gail was recommended to us by a friend. We placed our Condo with her and she worked hard to sell it, but it was a down market. She did manage to get us an acceptable offer at that time, but the buyer backed out. When we decided to list again recently, we called Gail - only Gail. She handled everything and we had an offer within 30 days, but the buyer became ill and had to back out. Thirty days later we had another, better offer and this time it closed. Gail is a true professional, list with her.

Sally was very helpful in the ~8 months to took to sell my mother's house in Mariners' Sands. The house had a great layout but years of deferred maintenance and an "as Is" listing made it a difficult sale - particularly since we were selling from another state. And then the flipper Buyer demanded that we remove the cement patio table; Sally made it go away! And her husband fell in the pool trying to tape the water level - when the Buyers claimed it leaked!!! Full Service Agent!

Very experienced professional who is a pleasure to work with toward a home purchase.Communication at the forefront of everything she does and an honest assessment of the properties viewed not a try to mask their deficiencies.

Gail was wonderful throughout our homebuying experience!!! Looking for a second home while we were out of state isn't easy, but Gail was there for us every step of the way. My husband and I consider her not only our realtor but now a good friend. We would highly recommend her to all looking in the area.
