A few years ago, Lisa was our daughter and son-in-law's realtor for a move within Boulder. When we decided to move out of the mountains around Evergreen, they highly recommended Lisa. We were initially looking in Boulder, then expanded the search to the environs around Boulder as well. Lisa was very knowledgeable about all areas we looked, and maintained a positive, cheerful, helpful attitude through what felt to us like a very long process! We had no timeline for this move, and could afford to be quite discerning, but it did mean a longer time looking! No matter when we contacted her or for what, she was very responsive and encouraging. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her. Both Lee and I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone needing a very competent, personable, cheerful realtor with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Karolyn was very responsive and made herself available at anytime including weekends and late in the evening. She was understanding and worked with our schedule (we have twin 2 year olds) for showings and all of the various discussions regarding properties and home buying process. Karolyn was respectful of our wants and decisions and showed great patience when we had moments of indecision. Karolyn gave her honest opinions but gave us space to draw our own conclusions. Karolyn has a terrific knowledge of the area and is a great communicator and negotiator.

Simply put, Mark was amazing for us. As first time home buyers in a challenging market, Marked helped us navigate the whole process, and with a smile. His 20+ years of experience in this location helped us make a decision we were happy with and within our budget. He let us learn valuable lessons on our own that any first time home buyer should learn and then gave it to us straight forward so we could make the best decision for us. I'll start off by saying that I honestly can't heap enough praise on Alana, she is truly one of a kind. As a first time home buyer, I was a bit overwhelmed.
