She is very easy to talk to & does not pressure you into anything. She gets back to you quickly when you have questions. Our experience was super quick. We signed with her as our Selling agent on 2/5/22, she had pictures of the home taken & listed it on 2/8/22, showings started on 2/10, we had an offer on 2/11(THE NEXT DAY), we had a purchase agreement by 2/15 ($100 above asking price) and closed on it 3/10/22. All I can say is WOW. This was after we had had a Horrible experience with another agent who did nothing for us(no communication) for the prior 6 months that we had this house on the market. Michelle has family in the Monroe area & has years of experience in selling homes. I think she did an awesome job with a home that had already been on the market for 6 month. Thank you, Michelle.
