Due to some differences we decided to try a new agent, we were recommended Rae by a family member and the fourth house we saw was our forever home. The first round of houses we found our home. Rae fulfilled all our wants and needs with all choices she gave. Worked with both mine and my wife's schedules to show the houses. Went the extra mile with printing pictures of our new home for our Christmas cards. Knowledgeable of the area we were wishing to stay in.

I had a excellent relationship with Michelle. I moved to Florida having to leave my house behind in Michigan. She made all the necessary steps to bring the house to selling condition ( hired contractor to paint, shampoo the carpeting, etc.) Throughout the selling process she made herself available for questions.
