Tracie was great throughout the whole process of finding and buying the home. She listened to what we were looking for and found places that were within the scope of what we asked, which was difficult with the low volume of properties to choose from. Once we found one we liked, she helped us with the process of getting in the bids, working with the lender to help ensure things stayed on track and gave excellent advice on helping us get into our new home. She has also made herself available to help me with decorating my new house. She is always available to answer questions and has fantastic list of recommended vendors for everything that might need fixing or maintaining.
