He did his job which I paid a shit load of money. The market at that location dropped like a dinosaur turd. On the next deal, Joe will be my realtor.. people think that they get a realtor, the realtor will wave the magic wand and presto, you made money.. or it's the realtors fault if the deal went south.. BS... This was a flip deal. it did not turn out.. The one before, I doubled up and Joe kicked ass. I referred one to Joe, I bought from Joe, and did 2 flip deals with Joe.
