Recently moved to Hickory, I had no connections in this real estate market. I was lucky and fortunate to find the Stokes Team during my search because they patiently walked me through all the steps of the purchase and made me feel at home. It was a difficult process, but they made it seem easy and seamless. I would highly recommend the Stokes Team for your real estate needs.

Amanda is relentless when it comes to working for her clients. I put offers on four properties over the course of several months before finally closing on the fifth property. I was willing to waive the white flag, but she was persistent. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, well connected, respected, courteous, and adapts well to her surroundings.

Sandi helped us sell our home very quickly and at a very good price. We were happy with her services from beginning to end of our business partnership. Sandi had great suggestions and was always available to answer questions. If we ever need a realtor in the Hickory area again, we will definitely contact her.

Amanda was referred to us by a friend and she lived up and above to the referral. It has been years since we have sold property and Amanda knows the market and guided us thru this process. She made sure we were informed of each step, leaving no guess work. Although the market is hot and properties are selling quickly Amanda made sure we and our property were ready and our house sold first day on market and above asking. Amanda is a Super Star Realtor!!

Amanda and Trae did a great job! We first touched base in 2021 and discussed the details. They waited patiently until we were ready to sell in 2022 and then did a great job selling it quickly. The pictures were great, the e-docs were easy to use, and they were able to answer any questions we had. Their market knowledge, communication, and professionalism was perfect. We will use them again on our next property sell!
