My wife and I moved to Hickory from the western Carolina mountains to be nearer to family. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable/ experienced about the Hickory area and the market in selling homes.She not only sold my home above listing but also drove me to lawyers to pre-sign paper work as I was moving to another state prior to closing. She then went back to post closing to pick up my proceeds and deposit it in the bank. I have sold several homes thru the years but never had a realtor be so willing to do what ever she could to ensure her client needs were being met. Highly recommend Amanda for selling/ buying your home.
