We were referred to Amanda by another real estate agent and she was exactly what we needed to represent us. Although it was clear she was very busy with other clients, she was immediately responsive and guided us through a winning offer on a property with lots of interest. We trusted her to assess the property when we couldn't be there, and her assessment was spot on as to what we were looking for in a property. We would recommend her without hesitation.

My wife and I moved to Hickory from the western Carolina mountains to be nearer to family. We have moved at least a dozen times during our marriage and, even though stressful in many ways due to our age, this move was smooth from beginning to end regarding anything to do with "the process of buying a home". Her attention to details, her knowledge of the process, her guidance before, during and after the move was exceptional. She was the best real estate agent we ever had.

Amanda was extremely knowledgeable/ experienced about the Hickory area and the market in selling homes. She not only sold my home above listing but also drove me to lawyers to pre-sign paper work as I was moving to another state prior to closing. She then went back to post closing to pick up my proceeds and deposit it in the bank. I have sold several homes thru the years but never had a realtor be so willing to do what ever she could to ensure her client needs were being met. Highly recommend Amanda for selling/ buying your home.

This was not the first time we have used Amanda in buying/selling real estate. Amanda is a professional, very knowledgeable, and dedicated to her clients. All of these attributes are very evident in her sales performance/results. Amanda consistently outperforms other agents in the Hickory Metro area year after year. Not only we look to her for her professionalism, but we also look at Amanda as a friend. There have been many times we have called her just for her advice and she is always available to answer any questions we have. For my family, when we are in the market to buy or sell, we would never consider anyone else.
