Maria was fantastic, she worked very hard and was clearly very knowledgeable and very helpful to me as this was the first time I was selling a home. She worked very efficiently and clearly was very caring about her job. She always was very responsive to any emails, texts, or calls and worked very hard in contacting other agents, and other personnel involved. She worked very hard to make sure everything went smooth and everything happened in an acceptable timeline. I felt very confident that she was going to make sure everything in her power was done for the sale of my home to be as smooth and efficient as possible, while there were obviously some hiccups along the way she handled them very well and made me feel better with an issues that arose. She was a great advocate for me and my home in making sure I got the best deal and things ran as smooth as possible

You truly get the "leading edge" when Scott and his team represent you. Scott came to our initial consultation armed with FACTS. He came prepared with comps in our area that included information like seller concessions (which you cannot get off a site like Zillow or Redfin), as well as advice on what things to address in order to best show our house. The pictures, 3D tour, and floorplan that he does for all of the homes he lists really help to get interested buyers to see your property and hopefully get you an offer quickly. The thing we most appreciated about Scott is that he is straight-forward and fair. Before we talked with him we thought our house was going to bring in a lot less, he gave us the FACTS and helped us determine a selling price for our house that got us way more money, but was also not overpriced for the market. This helped us get top dollar QUICKLY. Our listing never became stale (this is when sellers begin cutting prices) and in fact it quickly became a "HOT Home" on several real estate sites. This is another great thing about Scott. He leverages technology to get your house high visibility. Stacey who works hand in hand with Scott also is incredible. She did a phenomenal job helping us get all our ducks in a row for the sale and answered all of our questions very quickly. You cannot go wrong with Scott and his team. Scott and his team were fantastic. He came out prior to me listing my home and gave me tips and pointers how to get my home in selling shape quickly without a huge investment. The professionals he referred for getting some touch ups done were so much cheaper than I had found on my own (painter & electrician) and they did great work. What can I say about Scott and his whole team....My wife and I were recommended Scott when looking at purchasing our first home together. I must say, he did not disappoint. Both my wife and I were always pestering him with questions, requests, general knowledge information, etc which he gladly helped us out with. He was always direct with his answers and made sure our expectations were kept reasonable. We were able to find a house right before it went on the market and loved every bit of six years we lived there. When the time came to move out of state, we again contacted Scott right away. Having a realtor you trust and respect goes a long way when making these major moves. Scott immediately came to our aide with recommendations, staging advice, painters and contractors to help touch up the home, and more. Those recommendations alone were worth every penny. So much so that other neighbors who were planning on moving used them as well. As when purchasing the same home we were about to sell, Scott made my wife and I feel like the priority. I can't thank Scott and his team enough! We decided to sell our townhouse as we were moving out of state on rather short notice. I was initially very impressed with Scott's knowledge and use of cutting edge technologies to optimize the sales process; a true master of his craft and all-around great person. Scott even helped prep the house by connecting us with his awesome vendors who did a phenomenal job. Even though we had to list at a non opportune time (Fall), we received a great offer within the first two weeks on market!
