I honestly don't feel like 5 stars is enough for everything Scott (and Stacey!) did for us. Scott has been the in-laws' family realtor for a long time, but this was my first time dealing with him + the team. We had a sudden death in the family that left us with multiple houses to sell and one to buy. Scott didn't hesitate to step up and go above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed. There were days I swear I could be at my breaking point, and he was there to talk me off the ledge every time. Like I said, five stars isn't enough for our experience with Scott and Stacey both. Buying and /or selling houses is not the easiest process, but they made it so much easier than it could've been. We seriously appreciate everything!

Maria has been endlessly working with me for over 6 months to find a home for me. I was disappointed so many times, I wanted to give up but she wouldn't let me. You don't find many real estates agents like Maria. She was very transparent and if she is still working in the near future, I will hire her or whomever she chooses to close out on any future sales.

I had no idea on how to sell a house as a first time home seller but Scott and his team were super helpful all through the process. They made the process seamless and easy for example, Scott organized a professional photographer to capture the beauty of our property and also made professional brochure which was available for buyers on the property. Highly professional and great communicators. I would recommend them 100% all the time.

To say that Scott Smolen is an amazing real estate agent is like saying the Eiffel tower is a tall building. In over 9 real estate transactions he has been far and above the best real estate agent that we have ever worked with. He impressed us so much as the buyer’s agent when we bought the house 12 years ago that we sought him out as our own listing agent. He didn’t just list the house in MLS and collect a commission, but rather partnered with us in selling the house. He installed doorknobs, fielded contractors, checked the leaves in the front yard and baked cookies. I’m pretty sure he even vacuumed. He partners with Stacey Orndorff who is quick witted, hilarious and gets tasks done at a moment’s notice. They both talked us down off numerous ledges over this crazy housing market and helped us to a successful closing with wonderful buyers - all while we were hundreds of miles away. Don’t believe me? Take a minute to interview them and let them prove that real estate isn’t fancy bells and whistles, but a real estate agent who will care about your house sale just as much as you do.

Scott and Stacey were so helpful and professional! We were searching for a home from out of state and they went above and beyond by showing us houses virtually on our schedule (with a newborn at home). They were super helpful throughout the entire closing process and even provided professional contacts for house repairs after we moved in to our new home. 10/10 would use again!
