Traci has been wonderful to work with. We were surprised to find out that she was working with other clients because she has been so available and attentive. Traci was wonderful to work with! She was so patient with us and was always willing to work around our schedule to see houses during our search. She was so patient with us during this process and we never felt rushed. Even our three year old was always excited to see Ms Traci! Once we finally found our home, Traci was very thorough and helped us through the inspection process. Her knowledge of the process gave us such comfort in such an intense time. We will definitely recommend Traci to all of our friends and family!

My Husband and I just moved to Denver from the east coast - having someone who was hyper-familiar with the area was a must. Traci took her time and guided us through the process. In the middle of our search, our needs changed. Traci didn’t miss a beat and quickly adapted to our new expectations. We loved working with her and would gladly do so again!

I knew Traci was very thorough and very dedicated to her job and to each client she takes on. Very professional and very attentive to each individuals need. Ours was a unique situation, a relocation company was also involved and Traci did everything she could to make this experience as easy and seamless as possible. Was always in communication with deli company asking questions and following up on concerns. She was always professional and thoughtful to the needs of all parties. Traci was always on top of everything, clearly explaining everything that was happening or was going to happen. Resource Group has wonderful realtors and support staff. One thing I really like about this particular group is that they are very involved in community and stay in contact with previous clients. You can tell how much this group is respected by the number of people that come out to support their various causes. Sometimes just hosting little get togethers a for their clients. It's like family which I absolutely loved. Traci always went above and beyond expectations. This was my 7th move and my best experience.

Traci Kennedy embodies professionalism. My wife and I have dealt with half a dozen realtors over the years, and after working with Traci, we can’t believe how seamless the process can be. Traci has handled our two most recent purchases with complete precision. Each property presented its own unique circumstances, which Traci navigated handily. In our most recent purchase- our financing was about to fall through in the eleventh hour. Traci and her team researched the situation and the regulations, and showed OUR loan originator how to properly apply to underwriting, allowing the loan to be approved! Traci goes above and beyond; she is a clear, effective and timely communicator with a genuine empathy for your needs and concerns. I have referred a friend to her, and he has had an equally amazing experience. I can assure you, we will never work with another realtor again. We LOVE this lady!
