This was our first time buying a home, Traci Kennedy made this experience smooth and enjoyable. She was very attentive to our needs and found us the perfect home within our time frame needed. She has been there in every step of the process even after purchasing our home. We not only found a great realtor but a friend too. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Traci was incredible! She went above and beyond to help us close the deal on our house when the mortgage company was particularly difficult. We couldn’t be happier with her services. Thanks for everything Traci!

Traci is a personal friend. My mom’s relocation here to Colorado was going to be hard and emotional, Traci took it on headfirst. She was instrumental in getting my mom set up here. We couldn’t have done it without her.

Traci was amazing. She was incredibly helpful with both sides of the transaction. She didn't pressure us into anything and was always available to bounce ideas off of and work through the full process. Honestly, I would recommend her to ANYONE without any hesitations at all. She and her team were amazing and continue to be helpful to us even months after living in our new home. Feel very fortunate to have worked with her and we fully intend to keep in touch for many years to come.

We loved working with Traci. She took the time to listen to us and we never felt pressure in any way. She listened very well to our needs and wants. She was able to direct us well. She was very patient and always available to answer questions and go over doubts. She was very good at reading our body language and finding out right away if we liked a place or not. Our entire family grew to love her and appreciate her very much. She was very thoughtful with our kids and they thought "she was just the best in the world". Thank you Traci for making this experience go smoothly and enjoyable for our family.

Traci was great and I would highly recommend. A true professional. This is our 5th home purchase and Traci was by far the best to work with. She is an asset to Remax and her profession.

Traci was recommended to me by a close friend, and she did not disappoint! Traci was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire buying process. As a first time homebuyer, I had very little knowledge about the home buying process, and she made the process very easy and explained every step very professionally and clearly. She is also an extremely friendly and caring person, and truly cares about her clients and getting them into their perfect home! I can't thank Traci enough for all her help! She was even able to help navigate a very fast close, which was awesome! She has even continued to help after the closing to iron out last minute details. She goes above and beyond and is truly second to none! Thanks Traci, you're the best!!

My Husband and I just moved to Denver from the east coast - having someone who was hyper-familiar with the area was a must. Traci took her time and guided us through the process. In the middle of our search, our needs changed. Traci didn’t miss a beat and quickly adapted to our new expectations. We loved working with her and would gladly do so again!

Traci was super helpful through all aspects of our real estate purchase. I knew we were in good hands! We were in a multiple offer situation and Traci handled the entire process very professionally. Her local knowledge was also invaluable. I would highly recommend Traci to anyone that I know. Traci provides excellent guidance through the entire process.

Working with Traci was a fantastic decision. She sold my home at asking price on the first weekend. Her ability to communicate with other brokers and lenders is top notch. The whole process was painless, and I couldn't ask for a better performance from a realtor.
