Anzhane Slaughter is a young, driven professional from Seattle WA. In 2018, She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A in Law. Within 2 months of graduating, Anzhane became licensed in Real Estate. Another excellent experience!

We've worked with Carol previously, so when we needed to sell my parents' home we didn't hesitate to select Carol again. It was another 5-star experience. Carol was, as always, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about market conditions, pricing, and all of the nuances that come with listing and selling a home. Carol's advice regarding some repairs and updates we needed to make prior to listing were spot on. Carol and her team did a fantastic job of staging the home (so much so that the buyers wanted to buy some of the furniture and other furnishings along with the home!) and it looked absolutely beautiful, modern, and upscale. The listing was perfect. The home sold quickly and we think we got a terrific sale price. Thanks, Carol, for being such a wonderful partner through the entire process.

This was my first time I ever put my house up for sale. Working with Carol was great. She was very professional. She was able to explain every step for me, so i could understand the process. I really appreciated her knowledge and follow through to the end. She also had a way to make me at ease when the process was stressful at times for me. Best decision we made

Thankfully Carol was recommended to us by some friends. I can't image that we could have possibly had a better experience with anyone else. We had a very short time frame in which to sell our home. She acted quickly, was professional, provided us recommendations to enhance our selling opportunity and things we could do on the frontside to save us time on the backside. Most important to us was that you could tell she genuinely cared. Home selling can be stressful and she helped to alleviate the stress! We ended up with 10 offers and she guided us in making the choice that was best for us. We are very appreciative to Carol and her team. No question that Carol would be the realtor we would choose again.
