Carmen helped us buy and then 6 years later, sell our lovely home. Carmen is kind, caring, a good listener, and really goes out of her way to make sure you're getting what you want. She was wonderful to work with on both ends and I couldn't appreciate her dedication even more. Due to things out of her control, our selling transaction was challenging and Carmen really went above and beyond to keep things pushing forward.
